HSE POLICY

The HSE responsibility lies at the top management and flows down to the last in the organization hierarchy. Hubra Trading at present has the following members on their team responsible for assuring that all aspects of the HSE plan that the management has envisaged is duly executed.

1. Project Manager

The Project Manager’s execution of his responsibilities is a key activity as he will frame the foundation for critical areas like Training Aspects, Journey Management Plan, Audit, review of the HSE Plan.

2. Project Engineer (HSE Coordinator)

The HSE Coordinator shall be involved in inspections that concern all field operations. All unsafe and environmentally hazardous activities must be taken out immediately from site. His site visits must be with the aim of keeping an open eye for any activity that remotely goes against the HSE policy of the company.

3. Site Engineer (HSE Site In Charge)

The safety of the work, workforce, the public and third parties shall form an integral aspect of the scope of responsibility of the HSE Site In Charge. Particular attention shall be paid to personnel safety apparels. In particular all site operatives and visitors to the sites shall be supplied with safety helmets, safety boots, gloves suitable for the operation in hand, standards and use of scaffolding and access equipment, site cleanliness, protection of work in hand, excavation and the likes.

His responsibility also encompasses that Debris or rubbish shall be cleared from site regularly and taken to approved Municipal dumping area and no storage of such material outside the site boundary must be permitted by him. The Site HSE Coordinator is ultimately responsible for all other requisites, viz., drinking water, toilets, wash-rooms, lighting, ventilation, tools, work-benches, scrap storage, new material storage, vehicle shall all be within his preview of responsibilities to adequately provided.
